Morning after breakfast at your accommodation, we will depart from Marrakech to the coastal city of Essaouira. After a 2.5 hour drive, we will arrive in Essaouira for sightseeing. The winding alleys of the Medina are lined with stalls selling a wide variety of handicrafts. This "Windy City" attracts surfers from all over the world. Although still a small town, Essaouira is a historical treasure, having seen diverse civilizations and bearing the architectural marks of the Portuguese era.

We also plan to visit a women's cooperative that produces argan oil; oil used in cooking, cosmetics and medicine, which is extracted from these seeds. We will pick you up today at your hotel in Marrakech and take you to Ouarzazate through the High Atlas Mountains, touring several Berber villages and enjoying the scenery.
